Materials:
- Herb Plants
- Mason Jars
- Soil cover
- Potting mix
- Decorations
These materials are readily available in a variety of stores. For a rustic effect, we'll use a mason jar for this garden project, it is also affordable. You can choose any decoration that you want.
Step 1
First is to put the soil cover into the mason jar about 2 inches deep. You can use rocks, pebbles, and marbles to prevent roots from damage from excess water because jars don't have drainage holes.
Step 2
After the soil cover, fill jars with 1-2 inches of potting mix. Potting mix is a good choice for container gardening.
Step 3
Transplant herbs or plant seed. Mason jar herb garden is an easy way to transplant herbs from outdoors to indoor.
Step 4
And finally, the most exciting part is to decorate your mason jar indoor herb garden. You can label your mason jars with a craft stick or sticker.
