Mangosteens last for a long time when kept in the right condition, so there’s a good reason to stock up on this healthy superfruit the next time you visit your local supermarket.

If you purchase them dried, then you can soak them in water overnight to make a wonderful drink that makes smoothies taste out of this world! In addition to tasting great, goji berries boost the immune system, help the kidney and liver function better, and provide you with tons of iron and vitamin C. Goji berries are also a great addition to vegan meals as they add tons of flavor!
