True, the word easy is subjective but having grown vegetables for some time now I can definitely say these veggies top the list of easy plants to grow in your garden. So easy that you can even regrow food from scraps of these vegetables. These are also easy vegetables to grow in containers and most of them are easy vegetables to grow indoors. Are you excited now to know if your favorite vegetables made it to our top 5 easy to grow vegetables? Without further ado, here they are.

 

1. Beet

Beet is not as popular as it's root crop counterparts, carrots, and potatoes, but never underestimate this humble vegetable. Check out the amazing health benefits of beets and you'll definitely be wanting them in your garden easy to grow or not. It only takes 50 to 70 days for beetroots to mature and earlier for beet greens which are way tastier when harvested and enjoyed earlier.
